FRIED RICE

Simply and easy to make:)
cooked with a little olive oil, with herbs; chili, garlic, sliced ​​yellow onion and sliced ​​scallion. served with fried egg, fried chicken or whatever suits your taste and a sprinkling of fried shallots.

LOTEK AKA SALADS WITH PEANUT SAUCE

LOTEK is a traditional food from Bandung, West Java. A mixture of vegetables such as spinach, sprouts, carrots and cabbage. The material in the grind are: peanuts, chilies, brown sugar, salt, shrimp paste and a little boiled potatoes.

LAMB GULAI AKA LAMB CURRY

This is Indonesian Curry, made by Lamb/Chicken/Beef.
spices used in cooking curry are: red chili, onion, garlic, cloves, turmeric, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cumin, and coconut milk.

Rendang is a spicy meat dish from Indonesia and is now commonly served across the country.  In 2011 an online poll by 35,000 people held by CNN International chose Rendang as the number one dish of their 'World’s 50 Most Delicious Foods' list.

MARTABAK TELUR

Martabak Telur, one of the famous snack in Indonesia. With the content of the material; eggs, scallion, yellow onion, ground beef / chicken, salt and pepper, wrapped with a skin made of all purpose flour and eggs. Fried in medium heat.

PEMPEK PALEMBANG

Pempek is a traditional Indonesian food from Palembang, South Sumatra. The main ingredients are; mackerel or other fish, tapioca flour, and a little bit of all purpose flour. while the sauce is made from; vinegar, brown sugar, red pepper and salt. It's usually served with cucumber slices and noodles, as well as a cracker. Serve by frying them with eggs.
